October 14, 2018 - Last night we
stayed at the KOA Campground in Silver City, New Mexico. I am glad that I elected to stay in the
cabins versus setting up the tents because it was a rainy night. The KOA had a pond for a few ducks and
unusual looking geese. The morning
light coupled with blue skies and white puffy clouds resulted in some nice
reflections on the water.
After packing up, for the 17th
time, and another stop at the store, it was back on the road. Lots of curvy roads on Highway 152. The speed limit dropped to 15 mph in some
areas. Interesting to note, no guardrails.
