Day 5. Today was not as warm as others, and we had some clouds too. Very nice. It is a desert though, as you can see;
The ride started with a climb and as you can see, we were beyond hope pretty quickly;
Still, it was a nice ride. We had a great Mexican lunch in Aguila, Az. So, on the way here are the "I did not make these up" things.
First, you can see that the Barn Owls have really been getting political around here. We did not see any flying around though.
Then, we saw some very dry trees. It looks like they were moist some time ago, well, probably before the people showed up.
Finally we ended up in Wickenburg, Az, at a "inexpensive" place to stay - for many reasons. At least it was relatively clean and there were no places to camp - NONE! No, I won't show any pictures!!
See you tomorrow in Phoenix, Tempe, or wherever!!
